Kmart needed some help training new people in the photolabs. This CD was their answer. New hires could go through the cd and watch how to do a process in the lab, or folks that have been around for awhile could freshen up on their skills. Once they watched it, they could then go into a practical application and try it out themselves. The application gave feedback on what they were doing and could tell them if they were doing it right or wrong.
